Crispy or grilled chicken, red peppers, red onions, tossed with a buffalo sauce and blue cheese crumbles.

Southwest Chicken Salad

Crispy or grilled chicken, black beans, corn, red onions, tomatoes, tortilla chips and cheese served with a spicy southwest ranch dressing.


2 Ginger Sirloin Steak 8 oz

Hand cut sirloin strip marinated in 2 Gingers Whiskey, Blackhoof honey and a secret blend from the old country topped with mushrooms and onions.

Northern Waters Pan-Fried Walleye Fillet

Chef Mike’s mother’s recipe. Perfected decades ago during her time guiding and professional fishing. A generous fillet of cold water walleye pan-fried, served with house tartar.

Grilled North Pacific Salmon

Topped with pineapple salsa.
